Melbourne - Melbourne is a serviced non depot location. Vehicles picked up or dropped off outside of these hours will require prior approval and will be charged accordingly.
Please callus to organise your pick-up. We will pick you up from any central Melbourne hotel/motel, train station etc., in your rental vehicle, so that you can get on your way ASAP. Call us on (03) 9329 5000. Our pick-up service is available between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
After Hours Pick Up and Drop Off
A surcharge of $33.00 will apply to after hours pick ups and/or drop offs. If both pick-up and drop-off are out of office hours a surcharge of $55.00 will apply.
Late Collection/Return Surcharge
If the vehicle is not collected or returned at the time allocated, or Advance has not been notified 24 hours prior, there will be an $50.00 fee added to the rental per day plus an $22.00 per hour surcharge applied for every hour until vehicle is collected or returned.
Public Holiday Surcharge
A public holiday surcharge of $33.00 applies for all pick ups and drop offs on:
National and State Public holidays
